We use professional time-tracking software. For entirely new casual requests without a Care Plan, there is a 1-hour minimum charge. After the first hour, or for existing Care Plan clients topping up, we bill in fair 15-minute increments.
Do I need an active Care Plan to use this service?
No, you don't! This service is built specifically for clients who just need ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go help. However, if you find yourself requesting changes regularly, our Care Plans starting at $49/mo offer a much more cost-effective way to get monthly task time.
What kind of work can you do within an hour?
One hour is enough to accomplish quite a bit! Typical 1-hour tasks include publishing a new blog post with formatting, swapping out several banners and images, fixing a responsive styling bug on mobile, installing and configuring a standard plugin, or running a basic performance report.
