How to grant hosting access to us on CrazyDomain?

Step 1: Log in to your Account Manager

Go to the Crazy Domains login page and sign in with your username and password.

Step 2: Choose the Product to Delegate

1. On your Dashboard, find the Hosting or Domain product you want us to operate.
2. Click the Manage button next to that specific product.

Step 3: Assign a New Contact (Delegate)

1. Scroll down to the Administration section at the bottom of the product page.
2. Look for the Contacts area. You will see your own name listed as the Primary contact.
3. Hover your mouse over the technical contact area and select Assign New.

Step 4: Enter Our Details

1. A pop-up will appear. Select the Existing Customer option (this is usually faster if the recipient already has a Crazy Domains ID).
2. Enter our Customer ID (12820433) in the field provided.
3. Click the Assign New ID button.
